OISC sets high standards for immigration advice and services making sure all registered organisations are fully insured, maintain records in accordance with data protection and confidentiality requirements, are properly trained and supervised plus investigate complaints about poor advice. Under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 it is a criminal offence to provide immigration advice and services unless appropriately registered.

Before booking an appointment check you have the following evidence:
❖ EEA Permanent Residence as a worker:
- 5 consecutive years satisfying EUTreaty Rights as a worker evidenced through P60/P45/wage slips/tenancy agreements/utility bills/bank statements. This includes start and end date plus employer details for every job during this period.
- details of all addresses for previous 5 years with dates you moved in and out.
❖ EEA Permanent Residence in other categories:
- Self-employed: evidence of tax returns for full 5 year period plus tenancy agreements/utility bills/bank statements
- Self-sufficient: evidence of resources including bank statements/utility bills/tenancy agreements for full 5 years
- Student: evidence of income plus private healthcare/tenancy agreement/utility bills covering 5 years
❖ British Citizenship (Adult)
- Permanent Residence for one year plus lived in the UK for 5 years
- Certificate KOLL UK
- B1 English language
- Be of good conduct (we recommend you ask Police for a copy of any records they hold on you if you think there may be a problem)

Jayne has fourteen years experience providing advice and support services, team development plus training advisers across a number of local services including British Red Cross, Northern Refugee Centre and ARKH. Jayne has been registered with the OISC for over five years giving her significant experience in advising the full range of migrants on obtaining appropriate documentation. In addition to training and supervising the NICE Ltd immigration advisers Jayne is also the CEO for a new charity called Community Integration and Advocacy Centre (CIAC), Vice Chair for Hull City of Sanctuary and is the Coordinator for Hull Refugee Week.

Spoken languages: Romanian, Russian, Italian, Portuguese, English. Experience translating and interpreting (English/Romanian, Russian).

Kasia is a professional translator and interpreter with a Master’s Degree in Bilingual Translation (Polish – English). With a background in marketing, she has worked with multinational clients in the UK for the past 13 years.

You will be responsible for paying the Home Office fees directly. Adviser fees are in addition to Home Office fees.
Fixed adviser fee includes: all attendances and written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant 3rd parties; consideration, preparation and submission of application and relevant supporting documents, copies of documents and postage.
